The final shipping cost is calculated during checkout when you add the exact delivery address.

Shipping costs are based on weight, distance, and handling. 

In most cases we offer FREE shipping on all apparel & accessories above 100€ within EU and UK.

Once your order is shipped, you will be shortly sent via email a tracking number.

Note, since our products come from various designers, the shipment may come in parts, please bear with us!

Delivery time in Barcelona, please allow 1-2 business days for your items to ship and 24 hours for delivery.

Delivery time period to rest of Spain, 1-2 business days for your items to ship and 48 hours for delivery. International orders may take up 3-4 business days to be delivered depending on the region.

Important! If a product is made-to-order, the manufacturing time will be between 2-5 business days + the days of transportation depending on your area. In this case, you will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped. Don’t worry, you will love the products.

For all clothing and accessories we are using 100% compostable mailers. We are committed to the environment, these bags can be simply added to your compost or can also be re-used for returns.

At La Vouga we sell a large variety of products, thus our return policy differs from product to product:

For Clothing, Bags, Accessories & Home (except turbans, headbands, face masks):

We will gladly accept merchandise exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. We are glad to offer you a full credit or the option to exchange the item for an item of equal value. We will organize a pick-up of the product with the shipping company. The customer will NOT bear any return shipping cost. 

The items must be returned in the same condition you received it in, without wear or damage, along with the packaging slip and in its original packaging.

If an item should arrive damaged, please send a photo within 3 days. A replacement or refund will be granted. Note: If you have requested a customization in our bags, we cannot offer a return on this product as it is MADE-TO-ORDER. 

For Turbans, Headbands & Face Masks: We do not offer a refunds, since these products are MADE-TO-ORDER (in case of headwear) and for Face Masks (Due to COVID-19 and  the nature of masks being worn on the face, we are not accepting any returns on these items)However, if an item should arrive damaged, please send a photo within 3 days. A replacement or refund will be granted.

Once we have received the returned package, we will take up to 7 business days to verify the arrived package for any damage/ wear & tear etc. Once your return has been approved, you will receive the full amount (not including shipping costs for return) within 3-5 business days in the same method of payment with which the purchase was made.

We do not offer returns on products that were customized (eg. adding initials or names) or are made-to-order. However, if an item should arrive damaged, please send a photo within 3 days. A replacement or refund will be granted. All customers are responsible for all shipping and handling cost of their purchases and exchanges; these charges are non-refundable.

We offer all payments with credit and debit cards-Mastercard, VISA, AMEX and Maestro. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal.

Click on the “login/register" button on the top right corner of the website. You will be taken to the My Account page, where under the button of “Log in" you will find “Forgot my password".

Please click this button, and you can reset your password by adding your account username or email, where you will receive a link to create a new password via email.
